Dr Pradeep Kumar Rathod

After completing MD pediatrics from NILOUFER hospital under Osmania medical college, worked as resident in Nizamabad medical college and due to immense interest in Neonatology, joined as Fellow resident and completed Fellowship in Neonatology from Sowmya children’s hospital under the guidance of Hyderabad’s first DM Neonatologist DR Ravi Shankar.

Then joined as Nicu consultant at Prasad hospital and went on to become in charge of NICU and PICU for 3 years.

His areas of interests are NEWBORN resuscitation, preterm care, CPAP and ventilation of newborns.

Due to his passion in developmental assessment, he is practicing neurodevelopmental pediatrics too and makes every vaccination visit a memorable one for parents by making them appreciate those minute developmental milestones achieved by the Little One.

Well versed in all neonatal and infant issues and treats every baby with empathy.
